We stayed here for just over a week. We felt very safe & the facilities were good. House was comfortable & had what we wanted. Having a laundry also unless you want to pay a small fortune is a must. We experienced issues with using pool for several days & internet which were not the fault of the owner but none the less were bothersome to our stay with children wanting to swim and no internet to communicate with family back home. Owners did their best to resolve and did compensate us for the inconveniences. Just unfortunate for us that it happened as we stayed there especially to have a pool to use. Anyway we would stay here again. The owners were kind and did all they could to help.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO STAY THIS IS THE ONE! IT WAS A PLEASURE STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY THE OWNER HAS MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS THERE....THIS IS A PLACE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE SPECIALLY IF YOU WILL BE TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN THE KIDS WILL LOVE THE STAY, SO MUCH FOR THEM TO DO. THIS HOME HAS EVERYTHING AND IS EXTREMLY CLEAN.....WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY IT WAS JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE, ON MY NEXT VISIT TO COLOMBIA I WILL CONTACT JAIRO TO STAY HERE AGAIN. WOW!!! HOW CAN I FORGET THIS...DEALING WITH JAIRO WAS THE BEST VERY HONEST AND KIND PERSON, HE WILL GUIDE YOU FROM THE FIRST TIME YOU CONTACT HIM TO THE MINUTE YOU ENTER THE DOOR DOES NOT MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL HIM HE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE...I HAVE STAYED IN MANY PLACES IN CALI BUT NOTHING COMPARES TO MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS VILLA........THIS WAS THE BEST

The house is beautiful. The ammenities were really good. Safety was my main concern before traveling to Colombia and I didn't have to worry about that staying here, the security is top notch, the guards walk the premises 24hrs a day and are very corteous. I WILL stay here again. The process to rent was very easy; Jairo Sanchez is very organized, making the process very smooth and secure. Jairo kept in contact during our stay making sure everything was okay with our stay. I recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a safe, peaceful and enjoyable stay in Cali. We loved being so close to everything (Jardin Plaza, Unicentro, Holguines, 14 del Lili), yet out in the quiet countryside. We can't wait to go back. THANK YOU for everything, Jairo. We stayed at the villa for 2 1/2 weeks with our four children (17, 14, 12, 7).  It was perfect for us with enough room for everyone.  We felt safe the entire time with it being a gated community with guards and off the highway a ways. We used the pool daily (closed on Mondays for cleaning) the playground and the outdoor soccer field.  The amenities were well supplied and everything we needed was close by, i.e. groceries, water, small shops, etc. The house is clean and modern.  The wireless computer connection was very important to us for contact with our family at home.  It was fast and easily attainable.  Jairo and Adrianna kept in contact often and when the washing machine stopped working, they had it fixed the next day. It was wonderful to be out in the country, yet 10 minutes from the city.  We highly recommend this villa for families that are adopting and needing to stay in country several weeks.  Chiquitines is only a short drive from the villa. Thank you for a memorable stay in beautiful Cali.  We loved it and plan to return!

Fam Krahnke Our Children like to have their own space, being able to play outside without worries about cars and as long as they like... and of course a Swimmingpool is a must in such warm weather. We are a family with 3 Children, 12,11,6 and were looking for a quiet and safe place to stay a couple of weeks in during the summer vacation. This 3-bedrooms house is located south from Cali, 10-15 minutes with the car from a good clinic 'Valle del Lili' and also from different Malls Jardin Plaza, Univentro Holguines, all of them very nice where you could buy excellent clothes and find good restaurants or just regular food. The house had air conditioning, a big plus which you don't find everywhere. Very clean and safe. Mr. Sanchez had contact to a private taxi, from a very nice young Lady who took us everywhere we needed. (Hi Diana, apologies that we could not say goodbye. You were very nice all the time, it was really appreciated :=) ).

8/9/10  Great Country Villa...
 The Villa was a wonderful. Very quiet, super safe, peaceful, clean & comfortable. The security is top-notch, with the guards not only totally securing the entrance, but also they make rounds all through the day & night on bicycle. The house is in an ideal location, with the pool just out back, small play area for kids, lots of "green area" to run around, and the plaza just past the guard station where you have a salon, 2 markets, a bakery (fresh bread by 7am), small restaurant, drycleaner, bar and misc. shop. We stayed for 5 weeks and felt at home. There was plenty of hot water (important for me)in the master bedroom bath only. El baño social is more like a half bath...the hot water of the shower not working. My only negative, because everything else was just perfect. The pool was very clean. The house is in the far south, Jamundi. Travel to the north of Cali by Taxi was usually about 40,000 pesos. We spent a lot of time in the city. We tried the shuttle once, it was very comfortable & easy to use...taxi or motorista, was easier with 3 young children. We had an "empleada" who came daily to cook & clean - highly recommend! Good for them, us, & the house! Thank you Jairo, for being so professional, kind, & caring. My family loved & cherished our experience together in your vacation home.

4/25/10  Hermoso lugar para vacaciones.
 El lugar es precioso, mi esposa y mi bebe de 10 meses lo disfrutaron muchisimo.  Nosotros vivimos en North Carolina, USA, mi esposa es primera vez que viaja a Cali y le parecio bellisimo, pensamos viajar otra vez muy pronto.  La casa es linda y confortable sin duda alguna es mucho mejor que un hotel, la seguridad es perfecta con los guardas chequeando todo el tiempo y los servicios de restaurante muy agradables. 3/2/10  Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien en la Hacienda el Castillo, la casa es muy bonita, tranquila, y muy segura. Excelente para personas con ninos, mi nena se divirtio muchisimo y la gran varieda de aves y canticos de pajaritos.  Muy amables los senores de seguridad y los vecinos, lejos de la bulla y el estres, la panaderia esta muy bien, pan caliente a las 7.  Supermercado, comidas rapidas, y transporte a la ciudad.  Gracias Jairo siempre pendiente de todo.

1/23/10  My husband and I rented a beautiful country house in "El Castillo." The stay was great and the house is located in a very quiet and safe place. I enjoyed too much to have air conditioning because I don't like the heat. This is an amenenity that many houses don't have in Cali. We recommend this house emphasizing the cleanliness and excelent facilities. In the same way we want to say that the security guards are very helpful and polite. The owner was always available in case we had requests. We really had a good time in that wonderful place!

 La Hacienda El Castillo the villas we stayed was very quiet and beautiful, clean as mentioned and all the amenities, the pool was nice not open all the time due to maintenance but it was overal very nice place to stay, i would stay there again, my kids loved it.

8/16/09  First of all, the experience that we had in Columbia was awesome!! The people are great. The house that we stayed in was above and beyond what we would have imagined because we did not know the town that we were staying in. The house was great. It had everything that we had needed outside of buying groceries. I would definately stay there again. We plan to go in December and stay in the same place if it is not rented out already. The people were great!

7/26/09  Despues de 8 anos de no visitar mi bella Cali no pude haber escogido mejor lugar para mi estadia, un lugar muy seguro, tranquilo y fuera de la bulla de la ciudad. Disfrutamos mucho el despertar al cantar de los pajaritos, por lo menos mi hijo menor fue el primero en comentar acerca de este detalle. La casa muy comoda y con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones tranquilas. Ideal para familia con hijos, la ubicacion de la casa perfecta para el acceso a la piscina y zona de juegos, puedes mantener los ninos vigilados con solo mirar por el ventanal de la sala. Muchas gracias a Don Jairo y en especial a Don Carlos quien siempre estuvo pendiente a lo que necesitaramos, tengan la seguridad que volvere pronto a usar sus servicios. 6/02/09  Excellent Experience & Great Deal!
 My family and I spent 1 week in Cali at the Villa and had a fantastic experience. The house is very clean, modern, great distribution, fantastic ammenities. We liked the feeling of being in the country side but yet, just 10 min drive from the city. Nature surrounded us, loved being in a quite place with quite neighbors, great security and beautiful views. Our 4 year old son had a fantastic time in the pool, running around, making friends with friendly little neighbors, and enjoying the free bus rides that would take us from the villa to the Mall. 4/30/09 NYC meets Cali.
  I am a NYC resident born and raised with latin parents. Dad is Colombian Mom is Dominican. My father lives in Colombia and I have been there twice. When I visit I like to stay at a hotel or villa like this one. The home is great,very clean, spacious, affordable and very safe. A gated community with many stores on site. bakery, seafood restaurant which had the most outstanding food no decor but food was exceptional at that restauarnt. Loved the pool and proximity from home to the recreation area. Very kid friendly as they have a toddler school on property. I work for a 4 star hotel company so my room accomodation standards are pretty high. This property was great. I would recommend this to any one especially guests from the States and Europe.

12/12/08  La pasamos delicioso en Cali. Tu casa es muy comoda y agradable, de verdad que ideal para una estadia larga de vacaciones. Nos gusto mucho el ambiente familiar tanto de la casa como del conjunto, no se siente uno como en casa prestada. Otras cosas que nos gustaron: 3 cuartos, la localizacion lejana de las zonas sociales (cocina, sala, TV) pues asi el nino no se despertaba facilmente, nos gusto mucho el aire acondicionado, los senores de la porteria siempre muy atentos, el beneficio de tener el supermercado/panaderia cerca, servicio de transporte.

10/14/08  Fue una estadia muy agradable y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad, del clima, del paisaje y de las comodidades que nos brindo la casa con su buena ventilacion, aire, aseo y todo lo demas en perfecto estado. La Unidad muy bonita, bien mantenida y lindos toda la zona verde.
